job orientation at info-nxx
it was a tough day at the start. I was advised to take an fx to sta.
rosa, i even checked the fx termninal in festival mall the day before,
but when i get there that morning, the gaurd said that the fx's
earliest dispatch is at 10:00am. man, i was sweating like a pig, while
striding back and find the correct ride. so i took the jeep. then i had
to ride a tricycle to the info-nxx. I paid 30php for it and later, i
found out from my co-orientee that the fair only costs 12php. iwhy are
there such people?!
enough of that. i had my contract signing which means i really am
employed and for the first time, ave a real real job. It also means
that if i turn back now, i owe them 50,000php!!! well i actually did
nothing the whole day but sit on my butt listening half heartedly bout
the things that comes with the job and i got paid for that... not bad
eh? my co orientee and future officemates...were uhm ok i guess...and
somehow i feel so relaxed with them in that kind of environment... even
though uhm... i cant explain the it...it simply is. and there were also
cute gurls there... but im wondering, i may be the youngest guy there
at 20years and 25 days old...hmmm

corrupt government workers.
I applied for a postal id last friday and I can't believe how corrupt those government workers can be. They asked me php270.00 for it but the reciept they gave me states that I only paid php165.00. i mean is there any morally upright individual left in the government? i guess not. If the officials are corrupt, so will the subordinates be. tsktsk.

job interview at convergys.
So i have a job interview today at convergys. I was pretty confident while waiting for my initial interview knowing well that I have passed and will be starting training at info-nxx (unless I get a better offer). I could tell that it'll go hay-wire when I was asked to go into the interview room with two other applicants---and it was so cold. Awkward silence fell within the room while we sat there waiting. I was sitted in the middle of the two other applicants, this working-student from uplb, and a 38 year old lady who is currently working in acity treasury. So thebn came my turn, how can I compete with the two who both have job experience and the first thing I blurted out was after my educational background was,"I'm an nba fanatic". it was like bush fire that i could not stop. all the non-sense things came out as if it was controlling me...
"i like writing poetry, i joined the...uhm...uhm...poetry org...but i never did get published..."( you didn't have to say you suck at it!!!))
" I'm a member of essence...which is uhm...the school org for education students" (what the fuck?)
" i'm also a member of mathematics circle" ( no i'm not)
then she asked me since I decided to keep quiet, " if you were to be a pope or a president of a country, what would you choose?"
"pardon"
she repeated the question.
I answered, "the philippines!" (tang ina!!! i thought she asked me if i were to be a leader of a powerful organization, who would i be?)
I chose to be a president, saying that the pope only prays for 16-hour straight, which i tried to justify as bad, then when she argued back, I then started a narative of why i'm mot a practicing catholic..(talk about pathetic! and arguing with the interviewer is a pretty stupid thing to do!!!)
the interviewer then asked what are my qualities that will make a good agent. I answered, " i can have an INTIMATE conversation with a client rather than have a business manner." I was actually trying to say that i can communicate in a more heck...i don't wanna start it, i might just babble useless words again. and you can't defend yourself in any way possible if you said you had can have an INTIMATE conversation with a client through the phone.
everything that happens then is a blur to me and im pretty sure that it was nasty. in the end of the interview, i absolutely positive that i flunked...
the worse part is, i thought i was leagues behind my co-applicant, it turned out that they too failed. what a stabbed on my ego... i then condone myself with a lunch at chowking and the thought that i'll be starting my training at info-nxx. I also recieved a call from etelecare and that interview is on monday...i'll keep you posted on the outcome next time...yu peace!

chain-mailed::world language: euro-english
nothing this week , but I really like this filler...erg. Enjoy your English while you can... The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility. As part of the negotiations, Her Majesty's Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5-year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English". In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy. The hard "c" will be dropped in favor of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter. There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f". This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter. In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible. Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling. Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is disgrasful and it should go away. By the 4th yer peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and "w" with "v". During ze fifz yer, ze unesesary "o" kan be dropd from vords kontaining "ou" and after ziz fifz yer, ve vil hav a reil sensibl riten styl. Zer vil be no mor trubl or difikultis and evrivun vil find it ezi tu understand ech oza. Ze drem of a united urop vil finali kum tru.

today in god---Think outside the box
To think outside the box usually suggests unbinding
one’s self from the obvious premise given, which then enables you to
get a different angle, perhaps a bigger picture to solve a given
problem.
But to think that there’s even a box,
strangely there, for you to examine, shows that you’re still working on
a premise, which may be untrue or inexistent in the first place.
To you believe that something is a fact,
without even knowing where it came from is like finding truths in a
book whose said author may not even exist. More so, to see grown, honored (apparently infallible) men dispute over the meaning of passage of a scrupulous book is pathetic.

look at it it's so... so clean. so empty so innocent. so ignorant. so serene. so hollow. so fresh. so frozen.
we
all start not as good or as bad, not black nor white---i'd say we are
all gray. we are not born so innocent but as an entity that breathe
thoughts, we process ideas and grow from it, we grow to become the
most faultless saint or the scumbag of the universe. as for
this blog, i believe it has been decided by it supreme creator. just
you wait...
